Our association can provide a variety of resources to churches who are looking to fill a pastoral staff position. Our Director Of Missions can consult with search committees to guide them through the process. Several resumes for all staff positions are kept on file, as well, and can be passed along to churches. We can also recommend men to serve in an interim capacity while the church goes through the search process.
